The Collective

Healing multiplies when it's shared.

Elevate Collective was built on a simple belief: we go further together than we ever could alone. This is a growing circle of practitioners, artists, and community builders across Topeka and Lawrence who've chosen collaboration over competition — each pouring their own gifts into the wellbeing of the people around them.

Every person here has helped shape this in their own way.

Kinsey

Kinsey

BFA, MPH · Founder of Love Move Breathe

A dancer since age 5, Kinsey earned her BFA in Dance from the University of Illinois and a Master of Public Health from UNC Chapel Hill. She first met yoga as something she "should" do — and didn't love it. It was hard, boring, and humbling. It wasn't until 2012 that she returned to the mat with kindness and self-compassion, and her practice finally bloomed. Kinsey earned her 200-hr yoga certification in 2013 and has since taught more than 400 hours of vinyasa yoga — beginner & intermediate, slow flow, warm flow, and private lessons — and completed her kids' yoga certificate with Kidding Around Yoga. Because she didn't love yoga at first, Kinsey understands both the benefits of yoga and why students can struggle to access them. That's why she teaches through her Love Move Breathe philosophy, helping her students discover their own practice and unlock the mindfulness and self-love benefits of yoga.
