The Sanctuary is a long-term property vision: a physical space dedicated to community wellness, nervous system care, and intentional rest. Not a spa. Not a resort. A place with roots — where programming runs year-round, where community members who can't afford a retreat can still access the land, the space, and the support.
Revenue-generating programming (retreats, workshops, events) funds the free and low-cost access. The model is simple: those who can pay, do. That creates space for those who can't.
This property will be 100% owned by Angelica Crowley and Elevate Collective LLC. Donors and community members who give have real influence in how it's designed and what programs it holds — but there is no shared ownership or equity. What donors get is voice, access, and the knowledge that they helped build something that will outlast all of us.
